We serve the entire Denver metro (a seven county area, and serve three mountain counties) including, Arvada, Aurora, Broomfield, Castle Rock, Centennial, Commerce City, Denver, Englewood, Golden, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, Littleton, Parker, Thornton, Westminster and Wheat Ridge.

I specialize in the South Metro areas. Aurora, Castle Rock, Centennial, Cherry Hills, Columbine Valley, Denver, DTC (Denver Tech Center), Englewood, Glendale, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Ken Caryl Ranch, Lakewood, Littleton, Lone Tree, Northfield, Stapleton & Parker. With the exception of Arvada, Glendale, Thornton, Commerce City, Golden & Denver. The areas I enjoy for the history and architectural designs are the City Park, City Park West, Cheesman, The Baker Historic District, Park Hill, Washington Park, Sloan’s Lake areas as well as Highlands & West Highlands. With the newest nearing complete revitalization is near Sloan's Lake and the Denver River North neighborhood has new excitement and possibilities for a NEW old neighborhood in downtown. Working with buyers and sellers brings me a great deal of satisfaction.

I have been successfully selling Real Estate in Colorado since 2002. Am currently a member of the South Metro Denver Realtors® Association (SMDRA), Colorado Association of Realtors® (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). I have earned the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), PSA (Pricing Stratigy Advisor), C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designations as well as certified REOS (Real Estate Owned Specialist) CMRS (Certified Military Residential Specialist).

I am currently working on my ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) along with my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations. My commitment to the Real Estate industry is evident by my participation as Vice-Chair for the Government Affairs Committee for the Aurora Association of Realtors® (AAR); I sat on the (BRC) Builder Realty Council and also served on the (AAR) Board of Directors. As a homeowner I have served 12 years on the HOA board of directors as well as the past President of a (HOA) Home Owners Association Board of Directors.

Since 2013, the National Association of REALTORS® has produced the Home Buyers and Sellers Generational Trends Report. This report provides insights into differences and similarities across generations of home buyers and sellers. The home buyer and seller data is taken from the annual Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers.

Millennial buyers 22 to 30 years (Younger Millennials) and buyers 31 to 40 years (Older Millennials) continue to make up the largest share of home buyers at 37%: Older Millennials at 23% and Younger Millennials at 14% of the share of home buyers. Millennials have been the largest share of buyers since the 2014 report. Buyers 41 to 55 (Gen Xers) consisted of 24% of recent home buyers. This group continues to be the highest earning home buyers with a median income of $113,300 in 2019. For the report, buyers 56 to 65 (Younger Baby Boomers) and buyers 66 to 74 (Older Baby Boomers) were broken into two separate categories as they have differing demographics and buying behaviors. Buyers 56 to 65 consisted of 18% of recent buyers and buyers 66 to 74 consisted of 14% of recent buyers. Buyers 75 to 95 (The Silent Generation) represented the smallest share of buyers at 5%.

All generations of buyers continued to utilize a real estate agent or broker as their top resource to help them buy and sell their home.
